Privacy Policy, Section 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003

According to Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (hereinafter referred to as “Code”) and in relation to the personal data in possession of Grigolli & Partner Avvocati Rechtsanwälte, we inform you as follows:

  1. Collection of personal data its purposes
    In performing its own activity, both in Italy and abroad, Grigolli & Partner might collect your personal data directly from you or from third parties. Without prejudice to the obligation of confidentiality, personal data relating to you will be collected and processed in compliance with the rules of the Code and will be used exclusively for the correct and complete fulfilment of the law firm activity.

    Your personal data will be processed using both manual and information technology methods and will be kept in the offices of the law firm Grigolli & Partner or other suitable places for the time necessary to achieve the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 and thereafter for as long as required by law.

    The persons responsible for the data processing may gain knowledge of your personal data and may be communicate them to external collaborators for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 and, in general, to any third parties whom the communication of your data is necessary for the proper fulfilment of the purposes mentioned in paragraph 1.

    Your personal data may be transferred to countries within the European Union and to countries outside the European Union for the purposes referred to in point 1.
  1. Data owners’ rights
    According to Article 7 of the Code the data owner has the right to obtain from the data controller the confirmation of the existence of their personal data in the data controller data-base and the provision of said personal data in an intelligible form.

You have the right to know the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing, the logic applied to the processing, the identity of the data controller and the persons to whom the data may be communicated. The owners of the data have the right to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of data, annulment of data, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law.

The data owners have the right to forbid the processing of their personal data.
